You are invited to a community focused Alzheimer's Community Forum. This is a non-cost, in-person event held at the Great Bend Senior Center. Join us to learn about Alzheimer's disease, and share your thoughts about how the Alzheimer's Association can help those in your community who are in an Alzheimer's journey or who are caring for someone with dementia.
