Lab Fair - Reduced Rates

Clara Barton Hospital offers quarterly lab fairs once every January, April, July, and October. The lab fairs are offered as a service to help meet the medical and economic needs of our community. Lab fair forms can be found at https://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/43aebf_77969be6e24a41e8902fd207a053732b.pdf or by visiting the front desk at Clara Barton Hospital. It is recommended that you fast after midnight and arrive with your lab fair form filled out and ready to go. Be sure to check the "send a copy of my results to my provider" box if you wish to have your provider receive your results. Lab results will be mailed out to you and your provider (if you choose) 10-14 days after the lab fair.
