KWEC WILD Club - Fly Tying with Lynn Davignon, KDWPT Thursday, July 1 at KWEC. 3:00 pm - Elementary Fly Tying; 6:00 pm - Middle School through Adult. Fly fishing, the "quiet sport", is gaining in popularity across the country, even here on the prairie. And to those who've been at it a while, the desire to catch fish with their own forms of terminal tackle takes the quiet sport a step further with learning to tie their own flies. Lynn will explain a short list of the basic materials used, the tools used and how to use them, and where to explore the unlimited resources available to learn more about fly tying. Free.
