KWEC Holiday Open House

Join us in celebrating the Christmas season with KWEC's Holiday Open House from 9:00 a.m. to noon on December 3. While the kids decorate gingerbread birdhouses, adults can take advantage of specials in the gift shop and enter a contest for a $50 gift certificate. Hum along to holiday music selections, enjoy Christmas cookies and warm beverages and get some fresh air during a nature hike scavenger hunt. There is no charge for activities. Preregistration is required for the gingerbread birdhouse activity, with a limited number of seats available. Participants will sign up for one of three sessions held every 45 minutes, 9:15-10:00 a.m., 10:15-11:00 a.m., and 11:15 a.m.-12:00 p.m. The registration deadline is Nov. 25.
