Where does the trolley go? 

The tour begins with departing from Re-Perks at the Zarah Mall Downtown. The journey takes you through The Twelve Days of Christmas at Veteran’s Park, you’ll travel past beautifully decorated homes and yards on your way to the Wild Lights at Brit Spaugh Park, and the festive Lafayette Lights at Jack Kilby Square. All from the warmth and comfort of the trolley.

Are there bathrooms on the trolley? 

Unfortunately no, please use the bathroom before boarding. There are public restrooms in the Zarah Mall.

Can our group sit together? 

Seating is not assigned, we reserve the allotted number of seats.

Can I bring a stroller on board the trolley? 

Only if there are open seats, otherwise there's no room to store it.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the ride? 

Yes, Please bring your ticket.

Something has come up and I can’t make the event for the date I scheduled. Can

I reschedule my ticket for a different date or time? 

Yes. Bring your tickets back to Re-Perks and switch to an available date. Or, you may give your tickets away (again the ticket name does not need to match the attendee name).

I would like to add on one more ticket for a friend, but it says the event is sold

out. Can I add on just one more ticket? 

Unfortunately, no. Once an event says sold out there are no more tickets available for that date. We are limited due to seating constraints on the trolley and cannot oversell the event.

What time should I arrive for the event? 

Check-in will begin 15 minutes prior to departure. If you arrive early, that's fine, but we will be set-up and ready to begin check-in at that scheduled event start time. The trolley departs promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive after the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee the trolley

will still be waiting.
