Clara Barton Foundation Annual Benefit Auction & Dinner

After a year full of exciting growth and development, the Clara Barton Hospital Foundation is eager to celebrate its 30th Annual Benefit Dinner & Auction on Saturday, June 17th! A catered dinner will be available at the Knights of Columbus - 114 N. Main Street in Hoisington. Dinner attendees will have the opportunity to win an amazing door prize - 2 tickets to ride the only steam-powered railroad in Kansas. Ride the rails of Kansas history on the Santa Fe 3415, a prized steam locomotive. Winners will board the train at Abilene’s historic Rock Island Depot for a two-hour trip through the Smoky Hill River Valley! Doors Open at 6:00 PM Dinner Served at 6:30 PM Live Auction at 7:30 PM Dinner includes smoked pork loin, cowboy beans, broccoli salad, sweet corn casserole, a dinner roll, and your choice of dessert. TICKETS: $30 EACH *Must be purchased in advance and no later than Thursday, June 8th* The benefit auction will be a hybrid event like last year – with both a live, in-person event after the dinner and an online silent auction. After the benefit dinner on Saturday, June 17th, specialty items, trips, and experiences will be available for live bidding. The virtual auction will open Friday, June 16th, and close Saturday, June 17th. From local and out-of-state vacation getaways to gorgeous handbags, jewelry, and art, our virtual auction will give you the chance to secure some awesome experiences and items, while supporting Clara Barton Medical Center. This event is part of our fundraising efforts to help provide a complete upgrade of the patient telemetry monitoring system – a “vital” tool for examining heart rate and rhythm, blood pressure, breathing rate, and oxygen levels utilized on patients throughout the hospital.
