City of Great Bend Party in the Park

The City of Great Bend is excited to bring back the 3rd Annual Party in the Park event on Saturday, August 8th at Veterans Memorial Park. The day-long festival will include a variety of family-friendly activities, designed to give Great Bend residents a day of fun in the sun! Events to look forward to include:

9 a.m. - Tuff Enough Obstacle Run
9:30 a.m. - Oozefest Mud Volleyball
10:30 a.m. - Dog Park Fun & Demonstrations
1 p.m. - Barton County Business Olympics Face Off
2:30 to 8:30 p.m. - Car Show
3 p.m. - Oreo Eating Contest / Face Painting / Coloring Contest Starts
4 p.m. - Optimist Kids Inflatable Fun Zone
6 p.m. - Gates Open for Concert
6:30 p.m. - Concert featuring Homebrew, Liverpool
10 p.m. - Fireworks
