20th Annual Jazz Festival

The twentieth annual Great Bend Jazz Festival sponsored by the Kiwanis Club will be held March 29 at the Crest Theatre. Doors open at 7:00. Adult admission is $10, students $5. Call 620-792-3595 for ticket information.

Featured artist for the evening of jazz will be Kerry Marsh, vocal jazz director from the University of Colorado. Marsh is a graduate of Great Bend High School.(www.kerrymarsh.com)

Jason Whitmore, a 2003 graduate of GBHS, will be featured on tenor saxophone with the Prairie Winds Jazz All-Stars. Jason is well known in the jazz scene around Wichita, KS.
